Top page edges painted to match binding, other page edges lightly yellowed. No dust wrapper.; The second volume of the "Allways" trilogy, set in Huntingdonshire where the author had a cottage and a garden. His first adventures in gardening while in his 30's are recorded in "Down the Garden Path" described by some as a "floral autobiography".
